I ordered 5 custom bar stools that were never shipped. After weeks and repeated phone calls Cymax stated they might have an accounting issue or there was a production slow down at the manufacturer and wanted to refund my money. I phoned the manufacture of the stools and they suggested I cancel the Cymax order and go through CSN. I found out that Cymax more than likely underpriced the stools and didn't want to honor their price - not enough profit. Of course I ended up having to pay a higher price because the Cymax sale was over. Crappy company that can't tell the truth. read full review »
