I had bought this on one of the group deals. After multiple calls and their promises to call back even though they didn't, I finally got an appointment. Nobody showed up and when I tried calling no one answered the phone. Once I finally was able to get a hold of someone to get an explanation, I received no apology and was told they had simply forgot to put my appointment in their system.
