Culligan installed a reverse osmosis system in my home in San Diego. The worthless salesman told me that I could purchase the unit for $899 in 12 months. The office set up the billing as rental and only charged $35 per month. Buyout payments would be $75. I got busy with life and called Culligan 18 months later to see why they were still billing me and when my buyout would be complete.
