sold extended computer service policy for laptop. i specifically asked for a three year coverage. they sold me a two year plan that they said takes effect after the one year manufacturer warranty to total three years. i have 6 mos left and requested a replacement battery, as the current will not hold a charge any longer. they said that i am not covered, the two year started on day one parallel to the manufacturers warranty. there was no consolation, just 'no'. this burns me because i have no protection and i know i specifically requested this and was assured by the sales staff that this is what i was purchasing. read full review »
