I ordered the Flytouch 3 Superpad on May 17th and received it on June 2nd. I totally understand the shipping process. I sent several emails requesting information on shipping because the carrier was switched. No reply. Once I receive the tablet I plugged it in and turning it on with in 5 minutes it turned off and never turned back on. I have emailed. Still No Reply. The customer service line stays busy! I tried calling for 2 hours! I have had to open a dispute with paypal for them to take this serious. Hopefully I can get my money back and be done with Myefox. They are a bunch of FRAUDS!!
