I don't even remember how I landed on their page, I was reluctant to begin with because I had never heard of them before, however they had what I was looking for: a trip from Europe to the US with ONLY 1 stop. So I went ahead and booked it, gave my credit card info, received a confirmation email. Within a few minutes I received another email stating that they were unable to verify my credit card and asked for a copy of the front & back of the card, as well as a copy of my id!
