A year ago paid $700 for a muffler, yesterday the tailpipe fell off on the highway. Brought it in since this is not the life span of a new one. I was told it would cost$262 now to repair. When I complained that this is faulty equipment and tailpipes don't just fall off, I was told to complain to the parts supplier and given the number. I continued complaining and when I asked if this happens again in a year will it cost me $262 again, was told ya probably!!! Are they insane?
