I purchased a 2 yr. warranty last Aug. 2010 and didn't need service till 3 mo. later. The 1-877 # is not in service. I looked on the warranty and there was a reg. number, but only get a recording saying to refer to their website. I did that and got no reply until almost 2 wks later. What kind of service is that?? I tried to cancel thru my cc co. but they say that because I didn't cancel in the 1st 30 days it is a valid charge. So now what? I'm out $670. if I can never get in touch w/them. read full review »
