I went to Sephora store at Chevy Chase, Maryland, to try to get some refund money I could not see back in my bank account. After a few minutes between talking with a seller and the manager (Maria), the manager tried to identify the problem. Waiting for a few more minutes, she found that I received the refund in cash at the same day, thing I didn't remember and all of us- the manager, the seller and I- could not see that that information was written at the receipt.
