My husband and I purchased a unit in 2006! We were told the waterpark would bed built the next year. It is now 2011!! and STILL no waterpark!!. I sent a certified letter telling them that we would no longer be making payments to the resort or pay any more maintance fees. I recieved a call from a rep. named Eric telling me we will not recieve a refund of any kind. And said we were breaching our contract! Well we feel the same about them with all theur broken verbal and written promises. He also said that they would take legal action against us. We really cant afford a lawyer.
