I made an e-purchase for a free sample of their Acaiberry product for around $5.00. Before I got my debit card statement (I call regularly to check charges to my card) they had already made two charges for $87.13. When trying to contact the company, I either got put on terminal hold, was cutoff, etc. I called my bank to help me. They got on the phone with me and put me through to the company so I could make a complaint. FWM would not give me their address so I could write to them.
