I received a quote of $33 to sell my cell phone and mailed it to the website. On 10/20/10 I got an email saying my phone arrived with transaction #394958 and would be sent a check in the mail. I did not recieve a check and after months 2/1/11 wrote back to inquire about my payment. I was sent an email saying my information would be sent to the accounting office and I would hear back in 2 days. I heard nothing back from the company and wrote antoher email on 5/25/11 asking for an update and expressing that I thought this company was a scam. They did not reply.
