I am airtel customer since 2008 and had very great experience with the services, due to which i took 3 more nos. But now have started regretting for the same as my complaints are going to deaf ears of the customer care department of AIRTEL at ALLAHABAD-UP. I have been complaining about not getting proper network in the area where i reside since March 2011. Everytime i call i get new complaint number bt my problem is unresolved.
