I ordered this "free trial, no risk" product from this company. I paid $4.99 for the shipping. About a month later I was checking my bank account balance and there was a charge for $85.91 taken out of my account. I did not authorize this transaction! I called the company to complain and demand my money back. The service represenitive was RUDE and inconsiderate! Refused to give me the refund.
