On January 31, 2009, I placed an order for the first 3 seasons of Doctor Who. In about 3 weeks, I received an email stating my order had shipped, and giving me a UPS tracking number. At the beginning of March, I called them because I had not yet received my product, and emailed them 2 days later. I received an email on March 10, 2009 stating that the shipment notice was sent in error, the product had not shipped, and now there was no information on when it would be available so they were issuing me a full refund and I would see it reflected in... read full review »
