After reading everyone's comments we consider ourselves lucky that we cancelled our order, but the conditions under which it was cancelled were ridiculous. Let me explain... We ordered a gas-powered scooter for our son. My husband used his debit card to order it and they sent a message saying the address didn't match the bank's records, so he had to email them the correct address and his three digit card code.
