I ordered two "like new" remotes (with instructions) and an uncut chip Key for my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got two obviously WELL used remotes (both worked, but one only if you are standing DIRECTLY by the drivers door), instructions that did not work with my year model, and the wrong chip key for my Jeep. If you want to save your self the aggravation of dealing with these folks, you can buy used remotes from a junkyard, and the key blanks (with chip) do not cost any more from the dealer than what these people charge.
