I was ripped off using my Chase debit card by a fraudulent merchant and Chase bank would do nothing to help me. I did everything that I could think of to try to keep this vendor from taking additional unsolicited funds from my account. At every step, Chase thwarted all of my attempts to stop the fraud from occuring. This has been an ongoing problem for over 3 months now. They credited my account twice, only to take the funds back.
