Bought two Amana heat pumps. One arrived with broken fins and bent copper cooling pipes, but because I waited more than two days to report it, AJ Madison refused to replace it, so I've spent $600 on an AC that was shipped broken. So buyer beware -- check your purchases as soon as they arrive or you'll be sorry. Terrible service. Wouldn't dare buy from them again. read full review »
