I agree the customer service is terrible. The employees have significant difficulty understanding anything that is not scripted for them. However, I don't find this to be any different from other companies that outsource. Why all the outrage? Yes, it is wrong. Yes, getting customer service to do anything other than practice speaking english is impossible. Yes, I am missing money and I want it back.
