I called the customer service to make a change on my flight today. The lady on the phone was the most unpleasant and impatient person I have ever talked to on customer service. It's like she was having a bubble gum in her mouth and all her words were muffled up. Her attitude towards the customer was unacceptable and she did not listen to my concern and she didn't answer my questions. She just wanted to finish her job and go home.
