I have taken a UPS from microtek, SN9KUPNB484691. My first complaint(no 342) elicited a response, they sent an engineer after one week and at least 8 reminders and innumerable calls. This guy called prashant came to my place 3 times, 1 time he did not have replacement battery, 2nd time he got wrong battery which after he put in, he said the board was faulty, 3 time he came in with a battery and and board and said its fixed.
