A friend held my car while I was Deployed. Around mid November my car was towed from her apartment complex, due to my tags expiring. Since I was out of town, I did not know this & I be couldn't be contacted. I came back around 1/2011 finding out what the problem was. CPS stated in order for them to have kept the title, they had to pick the car up from the towing company & I had to pay the towing & storage fees accumulated, in order to retrieve my car.
