I called Sears for an appointment to come to my home and fix the riding lawn mower that I had bought there a few years ago. I was told the first appointment they had was over a month away. I went ahead and said okay. June 7th, the day of my appointment rolled around. I got a call saying no one would be out to fix it that day, that they would be out June 9th.
