I noticed several charges on my debit account for $31.98. I never signed up for this service. I called the 866-8861277 and canceled the account in March 2009. Again on April 13, 2009 I was charged again, I called the new number 888-2073984 and canceled again, however I was told that this was the first time I called. They told to request a refund by going to www.idtheftrefund.com. It comes up but it does not provide a way to submit a refund request. All I want is my 31.98 that was billed to my account on April 13, 2009. I understand that the amounts taken prior to me canceling may not be refunded but I canceled now twice. read full review »
