I ordered an electric blanket in "natural" color. I was told on the phone by a lady who totally lacked sense of the english language (she said she was in MANILA!) that it would come into our local store. When it came in, it was putrid purple! The lady at the Wisc. Rapids store, said she would reorder a correct color one for me. She had NO idea on how to work their cash register which also does the ordering. She tried one then another.
