I placed an order on this website, and when it still said my order was still processing after ten business days (the website boasts that it sends out all orders in three business days) I sent an e-mail to customer service asking what the delay was and stressed that I needed the shoes for an event the next month. They were quick to get back to me and told me my order should be shipping soon, if not the next day.
