After less than 2 years the leather surface on the back of the sofa has begun to peel. We are out of warranty according to the agreements we signed, but this seems to be out of the ordinary as leather should not peel. We have contacted J C Penny who advised us that the item is out of warranty and we did not sign up for an extended warranty. We were advised to contact one of their contractors who might be able to fix the peeling.
