Changed their name from ink2go.com because of so many complaints. Too bad they didn't change their customer service too! TOTAL RIPOFF!!! Ordered a Brother Laser cartridge. Received it fairly quickly. Did not work - was DEFECTIVE. So, not only did I pay $4.95 to have it shipped, I had to pay $7.83 in postage to return a DEFECTIVE cartridge.
