Quantum Management condo management service is a terrible operation. It's basically a one woman operation, Honna Weaver, with a Polish immigrant as her assistant. They will cheat you out of your money and provide no service. They are deceitful and dangerous as they allow re-called water sprinklers to remain in your home for months. They overcharge their customers, the residents of the community, and provide zero service. They have allowed prostitution, robbery, even murder to take place at our facility and provide zero security.
