We began our service with CBeyond on Monday of this week and have had nothing but problems with our internet and phone service. Cbeyond is blaming our new phone system, the phone system company is blaming cbeyond. When they sent their trainer out to show us how to service options, we showed that our internet was down - he literaly shrugged his shoulders and left our business. No one has called us back as of today - Friday. It is pathetic! I had Birch for 7 years, went with CBeyond because of price - it was not worht it! I am going back to Birch. read full review »
