In September of 2010 I had 2 new tires replaced. FIRST, the man handed me my keys and I left, I get into my van to find the new tire in a bag inside my vehicle with my spare donut ON the vehicle. I go back inside and ask whats all that about. "OH he says, (sales guy), your rim has a crack, needs to be welded before we can put tire on" OK, why wasnt I told this BEFORE given my keys?
