I had the great pleasure to speak with someone in your customer service, also with a supervisor, and pharmacist. However they have all been unwilling to help me get the medication that my daughter needs. My daughter is a type one diabetic on an insulin pump. Her insulin needs have increased and there for a new prescription was faxed to you. She had been receiving 6 vials of insulin and the change was upping it to 8.
