I have never worked with company so inept in my life. We ordered a TV that arrived damaged, they can't seem to keep track of phone calls we made to rectify the situation and now they are flat our screwing us and not refunding our money. Outrageous. We have more than given Newegg the opportunity to make it right and they do not take us seriously. Each time we call they just pass us from one worker to another and lie saying the problem has been fixed. They have lost far more than $1400, they have lost my future business and the business of my friends. Buyer beware. read full review »
