Golds Gym owes me $100.00 because they have currently debited 2 MONTHS worth of payments out of my account when I cancelled my account 3 months ago. They are RUDE, the don't return calls, and no one there will take responsibility for their poor actions. Every manager, customer care manager I have spoken to just passes the blaim off onto someone else. They renewed my contract for another year AFTER I had cancelled it and blamed it on their computers.
