Ten days into my free trial I see that ebridge has put up a "generic video" about my business on YOUTUBE that has nothing whatsoever to do with my business. It was done without my permission, without my knowledge and without me first seeing it for approval. According to their marketing person that answers the phone it was not supposed to be done for me as I was in a trial.
