They advertised a service call fee of $24.95 to check the air conditioning system. Martin Garcia arrived, opened the condenser unit and closed it. Went to the electric service board and switched on the breaker for the A/c and it started working. Someone must have switched the breaker off. Anways, Martin insisted on charging me $85 and became belligrent so I decided to pay him $65 just to get him out of my place. He refused to consider that he had advertised a service call for $24.95.
