Shockingly, shockingly bad business! Sent a balloon to a 4 yr old for their birthday (and not a cheap one) but when it arrived it was deflated. The child's mum phoned up balloon king where she was abused by a woman and accused of deflating the balloon herself! She was asked to PROVE the balloon was deflated!?! She was told they WOULD NOT offer a refund (despite them claiming on their site to offer one). She was told to send the balloon back which she did at her own expense using first class pacel post.
