Bought & Paid in advance for numerous items..Appx $18000.00 for a 6-8 week delivery some of it they tried to deliver 4 months later..some was never delivered!! He tried to get us to take substitues..After him refusing to reund the money, we decided to take what we could get..He had sold about 25% of the furniture. then in the settlement he charged a 25% restocking fee + storage..He charged sales tax on the entire order!!
