Where to begin? First of all, hire people that speak good enough English that we can understand each other. I got real sick of this non-English speaking person saying "I understand" when she didn't have a CLUE. I specifically told her that our washing maching had frozen in the winter freeze and was shooting water out the back and had been moved to the patio as we had water damage.
