I purchase a pendant from the program. Received the pendant and did not like the quality of the item. As the host stated many times in the programming, you may return the item if you are not totally satisfied, however, no mention of the time period, long distance phone calls to try to gain the refund. I followed their return policy by contacting their firm to obtain an RA number for the return. I returned the pendant in ample time.
