My husband & I were put on a Hardship Program for 6 months due to him being laid off. I was given the phone number from an employee at the branch we dealt with (now, all branches have closed!) The 6 months ended in Feb. 2009 & I requested another application to extend this. I did so & was approved over the phone. March bill came in & was paid accordingly. April bill came in & was paid accordingly. Mind you, we have a revolving acct. with this company also.
