In 2008 my son bought 1 time ring tone. He never recieved the tone and the company has been charging my account 19.99 per month since 2008. I have tried to cancel this transaction with my bank to put a stop payment on that dollar amount, then telecom will change the dollar amount by 1 penny. We have had numberous calls and research and we have not been able to locate this scam. This company is ripping people off. read full review »
