I gave up asking the company for refund after a month of wait for delivery and hours wait for customer service. call your CC, and put it on dispute. My visa dispute dept gave me the credit back. Also, go to BBB. take a few minutes to fill the form. Homeeverything needs to be stopped fooling customers.
