I found a advert for a free Cd on getting government grants for only the postage of $1.95. I ordered the cd received it on 10-06-08. However on 10-03-08 my bank account was charged a fee of $69.95 I was never advised of this charge nor did I authorize this charge. I have now received 2 separate charges of $1.00 each they were both taken out of my account on 10-06-08 one was from Easy Saver the other Was American leisure. What was this for?
