I purchased a couch from Roomful Express over 3 weeks ago. The sales associate assured me I would have it in my house by Christmas. Well now I find out they are delivering half the sectional 3 days after Christmas and the other half of the sectional won't be in stock until mid January. Why would they only have half a couch? I see that others on this website have gotten the run around from this company about delivery dates. I really may just cancel my order for a refund and go with a local retailer that delivers within days. read full review »
