I called because there was charge for PPV on my bill and I have never used it. Erin (the women I talked to) didn't try to help at all. She said the charge was from 2006 and that when I hooked up a new receiver this charge was on the old card. I told her we live in our 5th wheel and have never had anything but cell phones and I had never ordered it. She said "then you had better talk to your husband" and then hung up the phone.
