This man absconded owing me $19, 000 after demolishing most of the interior of my home before I moved in. He has since disappeared. He had insisted that I prepay him for projects, then insisted I loan him $500.00 then insisted that I cosign a $5000.00 bank loan for him or he would not be able to continue to work on my house which was so torn up it was unlivable (and yet I had to live in it.)
