I had an ATT DSL Hispeed internet account (# 770-552-1477).I was moving my apartment from 822 Hemingway Ln Roswell GA 30075 to 2928 Hemingway Ln Roswell GA 30075.Despite of request to move the service and being on call for over 2 hours, I was told I could not receive the service at my new location since the DSLAM in that location was capped.
