When I rented my studio apartment @ 13935 Glenn Pines Rd, Grass Valley, CA 95945 4/22/2008 I was told all appliances worked including the heater and that there was never very much snow. So I rented the place & in Oct. 2008 Dorothy told me that the heater was not in proper working order & she needed to buy a new one but it was too costly. So her son would fix the existing heater.
